On December 1st, the big stars of Bollywood took center stage at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Sports City, to host and entertain The Access All Areas show. The top line acts included names of Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Madhuri Dixit, Jacqueline Fernandez and popular singer/rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh promised to provide high-voltage performance at the first-of-its-kind event for Dubai, and boy did they nail it.
Responding to the media, Shah Rukh Khan said: “The Access All Areas show is a unique entertainment concept that I am very happy to bring to Dubai along with my colleagues and team. It has long been in the workings, and since the time the plan was laid out our team has been working hard to plan out every detail to perfection. I would also like to thank Madhuri Dixit-Nene, Deepika Padukone, Jacqueline Fernandez, Honey Singh, Neeti Mohan and Meing Chang for taking out time and being a part of AAA. I am glad we are here on the eve of UAE’s National Day. I dedicate the Access All Areas debut show to every citizen and resident of this magnificent country, as a token of congratulations from the Indian film industry.”
Madhuri Dixit, veteran Bollywood actress and diva, added: “I am really excited to be a part of this show, and with the opportunity to share the stage with my friends from the Indian film industry. ‘Access All Areas’ will seek to recreate unforgettable moments from Shah Rukh Khan’s box office hits, including Chennai Express that grossed record collections of more than AED230 million from the sale of tickets, and has become Bollywood’s biggest blockbuster of all time. The event marks Shah Rukh Khan’s first live performance in Dubai since 2008.
