Baked chicken Recipe with Parmesan and garlic
2 table spoons olive oil
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
1/2 cup or 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (for the health concious)
1 cup of bread crumbs
a teaspoon of basil seasoning or dried basil
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 boneless chicken breasts halved
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . Light grease the baking dish.
2. Mix the olive oil and garlic in a bowl. Take another bowl, mix the bread crumbs, cheese, basil and pepper. Take a chicken breast and dip it in the olive oil mixture first and then in the bread crumb mixture. continue this process with the rest of the chicken. After you finish coating all the chicken with the olive oil and bread crumb mixture put it in the greased baking dish. you can top the chicken with the remaining bread crumb mixture.
3. Bake for minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink and all the juices have run out.
