Winter is here and so is dry skin. Dry skin can be a pain if not taken care of the right way. Here are a few tips that will help you take care of your skin this season.
The most important thing you need to do is Exfoliate.You need to get rid of that dead skin caused by dryness and therefore it is important to exfoliate the skin on your face. You can use a face scrub to do this, you can also make your own face scrub by taking a teaspoon of brown sugar and a drop of your cleanser and gently rubbing the mixture on your face, then wash it off and pat dry.

The 3rd thing you need to do is use Hydrating oils. Hydrating oils work fast and help repair the damages caused due to dryness. You can use a drop or two of argan oil or coconut oil and gentle rub the oil all over your face including your lips. Do not wash off. You can do this twice a day once in the morning and once at night.
The last thing you need to do to keep your skin healthy this winter is use Sunscreen. It is a common misconception that sunscreen is to be used only in summer. UV rays can damage your skin just as badly in winter as they do in summer. It is important to use sunscreen during the day even on a cloudy day to protect your skin from those harmful rays.
